Pin Grading System:
- Standard Grade: these pins are the best of the batch. Most will have little to no flaws, but please keep in mind that pins are handmade and flaws may occur. However, I will try my best to ensure that standard grades have no facial flaws or very minor flaws.
ex: minor screenprint issues, flaws that are noticeable under certain angels of lighting, and minor scuffs/scratches.
- Seconds: these will contain more noticable/larger flaws. Which may include underfill/overfill, scratches/sucffs, screenprint issues, pricks, and effect errors.
Pre-Orders:
- when pre ordering any enamel pin you acknowledge and agree to a wait time of 4-6 months or more for production. I will ensure to do my best with providing manu updates. If this is something you are not comfortable with I would advise to wait for inhands <3 or do not purchase a pre-order
-grading system for preorders will be mixed grade, but I would ensure to do my best with providing the best pins of the batch to your pre-orders.
- lastly, I do not offer refunds for pre-orders as all funds go towards the production of pins. If you are concerned or would like an update for a pin please reach out to me :) any charge backs or any other means of retrieving your money back will result in an instant ban from shop and all future drops, like I stated before please reach out first if you have any concerns. Shipping Info:
- All purchased items will be shipped on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. If there is a delay I will be sure to make a notice regarding it on IG: lucilferpins
